PQC Print Quality Controller

PQC is a remote control system for making quality-related adjustments to the press. In addition to remote control of ink, water and register adjustment, a variety of adjustments of press functions can be made using the touch-panel.

Main functions remote controlled by PQC (vary according to model and specification); Ink key opening, ink feed, ink oscillation timing adjustment, ink feed on/off and rate adjustment, circumferential / horizontal / skewing register adjustment, water feed, KHS parameter setting, auto dampening operation, printing unit selection, sheet thickness and sheet size presetting / fine adjustment, cleaning unit selection, automatic wash-up setting, and APC setting.
