KHS embeds preset data in the operation sequence of the press to ensure a quick startup and reduced paper loss. KHS is a revolutionary productivity enhancement system developed to reduce job changeover times and paper loss to the absolute minimum.

KHS performs one-step color register adjustment and color matching by using accurate CTP plates and preset data converted from CIP4/PPF data.

KHS reduces the consumption of resources by cutting paper loss on startup to tens of sheets and by shortening makeready time. An ink film that is close in thickness to that used for printing is created on the ink rollers by the programmed pre-inking and removing function, enabling very fast startup.
